Gunnar Schäfer & Team, For several years I am in Gunnar in "treatment"! I have been suffering from severe osteoporosis for about 20 years. In a very personal atmosphere Gunnar pays attention with his calm and very knowledgeable always make sure that for everyone specially prepared applications are carried out correctly. A targeted muscle growth and thus stabilization help me very, to avoid falls and thereby broken bones. My medical strength training (2x wöchtl.) Is possible in many ways: either on the equipment and weights or additionally supportive by EMS training.
