There was no customer-friendly staff in the bathroom and sanitary department. There were at least 4 employees who exchanged the latest gossip, neither welcomed us, nor advised us. The furnishings were random, somewhere and out of order in the store.

Sorry but customer friendly is another. An employee sitting at your desk looks at us and does not say hello. Then it is not necessary to ask what we are looking for. After we had finally made them aware of us, we were offered a 1 meter high bathroom cabinet for 1200 euros and said "That's all we have". Service desert Trier.

We were looking for ideas to remodel a bathroom in our newly bought apartment. We actually thought that an exhibition was there to look at something. Unfortunately, the employee at Richter and Frenzel saw it completely differently: from the first second she was neither willing to show us anything nor to treat us like customers. We felt more like putting their closing time at risk. Everything was a problem: we had no craftsman to name, we were lucky not to have to pay for their non-existent advice, and actually they had too much work anyway to let us in anyway. I would definitely describe their behavior as extremely arrogant and extremely customer-unfriendly. We felt that we were supplicants and not customers. It's a shame, but we will definitely not be entering this exhibition again and will not recommend it to any of our friends and acquaintances in Trier and Luxembourg. Fortunately, there are others - at least we hope. We do not give up hope that there are also customer-friendly bathroom decorators in Trier! Even in times of Corona!
