Even though website looks a bit outdated, the shop and service do not reflect this first impression. Very professional advice and extremely happy with purchase. Very helpful and uncomplicated staff/shopowner. Felt very comfortable and was not pestered in whatever way. Enjoying a bit more coffee again than may be good after 15 year old ECM machine refused its service 😃. Having the old one repaired, so I can have to cups at a time ...

This week we bought an ECM machine. Having made an appointment we got all the time we needed to receive detailed advise about the machine and it functionalities. Thereafter our new machine got installed in the store to practice, receive tips and tricks and make adjustments where needed. Really great service, personalized advice and passion for their products (wide range of machines on display). Highly recommended!!

Wahnsinnig hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, die mir unkompliziert und sehr gut bei einem Weihnachtsgeschenke Umtausch geholfen haben! Tausend Dank. Das System „oben Beratung - unten (in einem anderen Laden) bezahlen“ könnte man nochmal überdenken, da es gerade in der Vorweihnachtszeit ein sehr langwieriges Prozedere war, wurde aber durch die bereits erwähnte super freundliche Mitarbeiterin ausgebügelt. Komme gerne wieder vorbei, wenn ich nochmal in Trier bin.

The Coffee Culture combines the passion for coffee, knowledge, experience, customer friendliness, flexibility and, last but not least, the combination between tasting - advice - sales. I only know it from Cologne. Therefore, "as a Luxembourger", I am happy to only drive as far as Trier to enjoy an elegant and tasty coffee. Above all, the variety of beans, which are very special, is special.
