The first appointment was arranged quickly, the first contact with Mr. Waller on site was pleasant (understandable, because the company could have made good money from the work). Unfortunately, that was the only good experience with the tile fox. After the offer was received, I had questions and requests for changes, which were only partially answered after repeated inquiries and, even then. In the end there was no reaction at all. In view of these omens, it is perhaps a good thing that no order was placed. I mean something else by professionalism and service. Many may have had good experiences with this service provider, but I will definitely not recommend it, let alone use it again myself.
Very good service, very competent construction management, we were more than satisfied with the company's performance.
The project was also very fair in terms of price. We would always commission Fliesen Fuchs for work in our house.
