Pre-ordered medication online, when my husband wanted to pick it up, they said nothing had been ordered. He then took another product with the same active ingredient because the drug was needed. Then I got a message via the online chat that the colleague hadn't known and I could exchange it. When I went back and said that I only opened the PACKAGING (contents complete and undamaged), it said that it could no longer be exchanged. There are so many online inquiries and that everything is still new and therefore not everything is going smoothly. The alternative product was of course more expensive ... It wasn't my fault and I still have to pay the difference. Next time I prefer to go to another pharmacy in the village.

As a rule, you are served nice and friendly and also advised. However, very often something has to be ordered that is not in the house. I can still recommend this pharmacy.

Very rude actually outrageous and cheeky in the emergency service! If you as a customer pampered because you need painkillers. Because the dear sir has been ready for 12 hours, damn it, sorry but that's your job, you get paid! Since 0 stars unfortunately do not go, there's 1, but it is NOT earned

Absolutely not recommendable! Goods to stockings in the back of the pharmacy. Disgusting conditions - hair and dust on the work surfaces. The behavior of Mr. Heilemann was in my experience the lowest drawer. Since in a real emergency only on emphasis to the listener was seized. The experience has been a long time ago, but I still feel annoyed about it today.
