Mr. Speicher recently installed a new condensing gas heating system for me. I have to mention that I gave him my full trust in a relatively small club because of our good friendship at the time. After reviewing his offer, which seemed somehow very high with 15,000 €, I appealed to his fairness, a so-called friendship price, I actually had not in mind. He then came to me something priced, but he demanded the equivalent cash in hand - and of course without a bill! By the way, he had also talked me out of the 10% repayment subsidy from KfW. My second big mistake was that I let him work with me. The craftsmanship of the installation was nothing to complain about, but here the one star. But when I got from a competitor, who got no information from me on this matter, an absolutely comparable offer with the same identical modules, I had to say that the price was 50% higher with my former club friend Saving. The condensing boiler including storage was 3080 € more expensive and the installation costs were 2000 € higher! I paid the demanded bill with a certain discount, all in all, including the lost KfW repayment subsidy at the company Speicher, in comparison with customer-oriented advice and respectable business practices with competitors, at least € 4,000 in the sand.
