Very nice lady and my dress was clean after 3 days.

First of all, a huge compliment for an absolutely perfect service! The only bad rating here is from an employee or maybe even a boss, I don't know exactly, another textile cleaning company here in Trier. This person gave a blank star to all competitors in Trier without comment. Pooh! I know that because I had two of my suits there for cleaning first, a catastrophe. Anyone can read about this in my corresponding and easy-to-find review. After the said cleaning had given me my suits too late, crumpled and stained and the employee said to the fact that this was very unsatisfactory, then insulted and reacted extremely unkindly, I tried the stains that had appeared (these were still there before the cleaning) not) to remove yourself. Vain. Two faded, chemical stains on a good suit, a very ugly thing. So I went here, both employees were competent and friendly. They wanted to let the boss look at the spots first because they were not sure if he could still be saved. 1.5 days later I picked up my three suits + the problem suit in perfect and spotless condition. And, cleaning my stain suit was even free, what a service. I never expected that. The boss even had to clean the stain part twice to get it clean again. Services can be so different, I can unconditionally recommend this cleaning to anyone who values ​​good quality, professionalism and friendliness in service, without any ifs and buts.
