Once and never again!!!! I am so disappointed with this cleaning! I brought my jacket to be cleaned and got the DIRTY and BROKEN back I complained about it and even spoke to Mr. Rüden, who doesn't even want to see the mistake that they are responsible for breaking my jacket! I think it's a huge cheek!

Had given coats for cleaning. Had to pick up after picking up that these have not been washed properly! How can it be that the jackets do not smell fresh after being cleaned? I'm really disappointed! Not recommended.

Care instructions are not observed. 2 out of 10 shirts got a new shape (worn out) and one was not ironed correctly or not at all. Annoying
