I was there for a material reclamation. The saleswoman advised me unsatisfactory, they were treated condescendingly. A material production error was excluded in principle and goodwill as well. on the picture you can see where the seams burst on both sides at the connection of the hard-shell outer shell to the inlay at the transition to the arm (one side provisionally sewn by me)
