Zahnarztpraxis Olschner

I was there with my son for emergency services. The treatment was really great. Competent, everything explained to me and my son very well, nice staff. Really everything was excellent.

I don't get any more appointments due to disagreements, which unfortunately I couldn't clarify personally with Mr. Olschner because he just left me in the patient room. In 8 years, 5 appointments were not canceled, which I understand of course because he also has to plan. The appointments were supposed to be canceled, but they were forgotten, which I have now learned. It wasn't even my fault ... But how and why he didn’t want to hear, there wasn’t even a hint that the appointment was blocked, but rather the statement that they should look around for another dentist. By the way, the last appointment that was not canceled is from 2016. In between there were no scheduling problems He probably doesn't make any money on me because I only go when I'm really in pain. It's a shame, it's great, but it's no longer interesting for me and my 3 children if you're left there. A reasonable conversation should be able to take place and it didn't. There are other great dentists and we will all switch to them.

Great dental practice! Dr. Olschner is a very calm and competent dentist and his girls are very friendly and helpful. I can really only recommend it!

Our previous dentist has retired and we moved to the Olschner dental practice. I am being treated by Mr. Olschner and my husband by Ms. von Brühl, we can warmly recommend both dentists. Both technically very competent, friendly and take their time for the patients. Also a great team. We feel we are in very good hands there! Keep it up !!!
