Top ! We had a new heater installed. From planning to installation, absolutely professional and reliable.
Company advertises heating construction in Hamburg! If you call then a rather disinterested colleague mumbles that they don't work in HH (anymore?). When asked why, there was no answer and one did not get the impression that the young man would be interested.
I know what times are like for craftsmen, but they will also change. And a little customer orientation has never hurt any company.
A heating failure, on Sunday and of course in winter brought me to choose the emergency service of Burmester. I immediately had a co-worker on the line and within a few minutes this was already on site. Within a short time the heating was running again and our house was warm again. Very nice and competent staff, who also had some useful tips. I am very satisfied and will save the emergency hotline right in the phone. You never know...
Advice always competent and very nice! If there is something, an employee is always on hand. For larger stories or work (as with any good craftsman) you have to allow for a waiting time
