In search of a new gas boiler, I came to this website. To make sure that I had the right cauldron in mind, I called the customer service. The employee on the phone was very competent and gave me very good advice. The price was also very good and the delivery was already on the next day. Always my pleasure.

In August 2013, we ordered two complete heaters from HGS Jahnke: a Buderus oil boiler for the company workshop, a Buderus gas boiler for the private house, chimneys and radiators. After several telephone calls and e-mails, the employees of the company have delivered wrong chimneys: instead of double-walled stainless steel chimneys for the outside, the single-walled ones. When we tried to reclaim and exchange incorrect goods, we received an official response from the company that filed for bankruptcy. Now there is HSP Jahnke under a different address in the same city.
