Everything was delicious, you won't find better bread anywhere.
Simply good. The rolls are old school, not made of air, not hard after 6 hours, very aromatic. The bread just tastes good. Grains and seeds come into their own, the crust is not rock hard, as in large bakeries, where the bread tears when sliced. I do not want to miss it anymore. Stay tuned! All the best!
Bread, rolls and cakes as delicious as they were in our childhood. Here is still baked and not like most bakers "Ulmer Spatzenmischungen" stirred and pushed into the electric oven.
