Very friendly and competent staff, we are happy to come to this pharmacy! There is a lovingly equipped play area for the little ones. The product selection is huge, there are also some special items that you won't find anywhere else.

I have to say that this pharmacy is very competent and the staff are always friendly and nice. You take your time and help wherever you can. Bad advice. I wanted to order a specific melatonin supplement. Despite giving the exact name and the manufacturer, the employees could not find it in pairs and told me that melatonin preparations are generally not freely available. Checked online, it turned out to be wrong. Melatonin supplements are no longer generally prescription-only. Drive back to the pharmacy. This time another employee suddenly found it and ordered it. However, I was 30min late on a Saturday, so it is only delivered on Monday instead of the same day. Thanks for two more nights of bad sleep! Edit: Today it should be there from 1pm. I just went there and wanted to pick it up when the employee who was not up to date last time told me that it was not there and the wholesaler should have "forgotten" it. He knew exactly that I was there before, because he said at the beginning "Is there such a thing ...". Neither an excuse for not looking properly the last time, nor for the fact that it is still not there and that I went there for free. But maybe it was there too. A few weeks ago I ordered something from the same manufacturer in this pharmacy and that was there the next working day. I guess someone read my review and took it personally. It is bad that someone works in a pharmacy. A bit more humanity would be appropriate. I canceled the order and will now order it online. The pharmacy lost me and my family as customers.
