A well kept museum. I got quite some new knowledge of Karl Marx. You need a lot of patience to read everything, if you want to read everything reserve at least 1-1.5 hours.

Quite a historic place. For me, it was nice to say I'd been there. The exhibits are mostly informative. There aren't many artifacts or items. It's great to go and inexpensive.

Karl Marx Haus is the home of Karl Marx. It is now a museum and is open for public visits by paying an entrance ticket. But during a pandemic, you must adhere to health protocols, such as wearing a mask and keeping your distance. The museum is clean and tidy, telling a clear story from the life journey of Karl Marx in Trier, and many European countries. Books and correspondence of Karl Marx with his colleagues. Karl Marx did change world civilization. Nice to visit this museum and also Trier city, old town with many historical relics.

If you're interested in Karl Marx, surprise! This is the place for you. Lots of information, some few interesting items from Karl itself, and beautiful statues, art representing him. There's also info about Engels and others that helped him, and the movements that followed his writings. It's a small museum, but they pack quite a lot in a few rooms. It's not a complete review of marxism or socialism, don't expect that.
