Herr Dr. med. Axel Hellmuth

The receptionist is completely unfriendly. There was not even a "good day" but I was just opened, that it would be only in 2 months dates. I could not even put forward my request. No thanks. I prefer to drive a few kilometers.

After an appointment in this doctor's office against the background that a foreign-language employee explezit assured me that the appointment is registered, I ventured the way to the city of Ilmenau 8 km away by bus. When entering the registration of the doctor's office rejected me another employee, since allegedly no date entry for me in the system was recorded. My walk home I coped with on foot, since the bus costs to me were too bad. An outrageous behavior and an insensitive dealing with negotiated liabilities !!!
