It’s big and the people are warm. But it was expensive to me compared to other waschsalons.

Rule of thumb, if you're a foreigner that doesn't speak German perfectly, you're better off buying a washer. Sadly you will be treated with prejudice. If i could give this place negative stars I would. The only plus side is that the owner washed our clothes for us out of spite after noticing we weren't from here so she assumed that we didn't know what we were doing.

Unfortunately, as much as I support local businesses, I have to give this place a bad rating. My machine was being controlled by the boss, which I find intrusive, and it really felt like I was being watched all the time. As much as I understand that she might want to keep the machines in order and keep the space in order, it's none of her business to control how I pay for my laundry or look at my clothes. I cannot support this type of behavior and so will not be back. The only positive side is that the machines were very efficient and the place is very well maintained. I don't recommend this laundromat. The staff will talk you in and make comments about how to fill the machines. You are observed with every move and even have to listen to comments while paying at the machine. When we were there last time, our machine, which had just been filled, was opened by the employee and the contents checked, without our asking for it. Perhaps this is meant as willingness to help, but I personally find it overreaching and uncomfortable. Even if there is no staff in the washroom, the camera surveillance makes you feel observed all the time and uncomfortable, as if the staff is just waiting to reprimand you. A shame, because: There is nothing to complain about with the machines and the laundromat is very well-kept and clean. But the prices are also relatively high.

Not possible. The owner opens the washing machine and checks the laundry. Signs are everywhere: no washing with animal hair. No washing with oil stains. Ideally no dirty laundry at all! The prices are totally overpriced. Just wanted to wash my big bedspread because it doesn't fit in my washing machine. I took it out of the washing machine after the check and brought it to the cleaning. It was a lot cheaper. One star is still too much.
