Super pharmacy. Was there very often during my time in Trier. I always felt comfortable and they took the time to answer my questions. The whole team was polite!

The West Pharmacy has developed into our house and farm pharmacy. The advice deserves 5 stars. Every request is dealt with individually. Every ailment is optimally supplied with medication. If a drug is not in stock, it was always ready to be picked up the next day. Hats off to Mr. Angele and his team. Individual, friendly and competent.

I am totally satisfied with the service, very friendly staff. Have been a customer for years and have always been given competent advice, e.g. when it comes to interactions.

The pharmacist does not provide any information on the phone about drug tolerance Possible at any other pharmacy except this one

Everything is just right here! The pharmacist, Mr. Müller, as well as his entire team are the best you can ever wish for: always super friendly and always strive to get possibly not existing drugs as soon as possible. They also bring home the medicines when needed. Without exception, everyone takes the time to listen to the small or even bigger concerns of the customers and also likes to give good advice. Judged by various other pharmacies, the rating of 5 stars is not enough. My family and I have been customers for a very long time and have never experienced Mr. Müller and all the employees as friendly and accommodating. Just great !!!!!
