Competent and helpful, gladly again!

2 weeks ago I was the first time in the Kylltal pharmacy. Mr. Reck Allah has advised me and has spared no effort to provide the best customer service possible. I have never experienced such friendly dealing in a pharmacy in Germany and I am totally thrilled. This may have something to do with the fact that the pharmacy is rather multi-cultural (which should be very high on the management!) And that every employee can contribute their own experience in the service sector. We Germans are really not really known for our friendly manners and this is also reflected in the service sector. I myself have been living abroad for decades, and I am appalled at how uninvolved / disinterested you are treated in business. However, this was not the case in the Kylltal pharmacy and I will continue to buy at the pharmacy when I visit Germany.

Customer unfriendly pharmacy, 20 min. Waited until I got it, then waited again. , I'll be right back, then I'll be back in 10 minutes. Went . 😡😡

Friendly employees, short waiting times, prescription drugs are usually in stock. And sometimes you get freebies!
