There is an online appointment possible on them Website, but when you book the date and time, nobody is confirming it and nobody is answering on phone. So you book the time, but you are not sure until the end if somebody will come. Finally came nobody ofcourse.

Mr. Weisgerber himself answering the phone. There is clearly a gap of customer relationship management skills. Even if he would provide me with an offer I would not accept it, since he gave me the feeling of annoying him.

Weisgerber also gets the oldest boilers back on the road !!! Emissions reduced, coordination with the chimney sweeper, everything was coordinated at short notice by Mr. Bolsch and carried out promptly and quickly by Mr. Haupers. I'm excited. For heating and plumbing only the company Weisgerber !!!

A telephone request in 2019 regarding knocking heating was blocked without any request directly with "I couldn't do anything" (it later turned out that only a defective expansion tank had to be replaced). When I received a new request on September 26th, 2020 via the customer request form on the company website (you should give everyone a second chance ...), I never received a response apart from the automatic confirmation of receipt.

Mr. Weisgerber doesn't seem to like his job, at least that's what it sounds like when he answers the phone !!! Also try to double off working hours via another way. There are two stars for two reasons only: 1. The fitter who did the maintenance for us was very nice and looked competent 2. Mr. Weisgerber has shown himself to be reasonable with regard to the working hours and has adjusted the invoice.
