The gentleman who had worked on 01/10/21 at 8:12 pm and didn't want to tell me his name so that I could complain was absolutely rude and sloppy. He didn't want to give anything to stir my cocoa, nor did he stir it. He also didn't want to sell me a pretzel stick because there was only pretzel baguette and started a discussion with me, although I told him that in the Palatinate the name is pretzel stick, but I had shown him what I mean.

Incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional staff. After the card reader was apparently defective and the employee with a super professional "age, what can you not pay in cash?" replied, I can only urgently advise the company to choose their employees with a little more care so as not to scare off all customers. Because the products are actually delicious ..

They don't even deserve 1 star 1.Covered pretzel from the previous day 100% SAFE 2. I would ask why every Ditsch only employs Arabs who hardly speak German and only plays loud Arabic music in the back

Got me pretzels yesterday. Unfortunately these were extremely dry, I assume that they were from the previous day. Not so tasty when half the pretzel crumbles ..

Usually come once a week here and so far everything good - fresh, done correctly, fast. This morning at 7:05 I bought a butter pretzel without it is not edible and clearly so dry that must be from last night. Something does not work and even if it is only about 1.60, it is fraud to sell a pretzel from yesterday as fresh. Does not work.
