I loved it!! Very high quality & a lovely atmosphere, which is not met quite often in Cologne, sadly. Their variety of( breakfast dishes & ) desserts is one of the largest in dessert-shops in the city. Also, the view of the Cathedral is great from most of the tables.
I won't lie to you, it is expensive! But if you look carefully in the menu, u'll find at least 2-3 more affordable combination-choices. Yummie!
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! I visited this place with my husband and our friend who haven't been in Cologne before we wanted to find a nice place to enjoy and see the beautiful Cathedral but our experience turned into Nightmare! First the staff was not eager to help us find a place we had to do it on our own, when we finally found a place and asked about our order very rude waitress said that she will not serve us because only two of us are eating cake we tried to explain that just two of us would like to eat but she still was very mean and said that she will not serve us so we left. I have never met so rude and unpleasant people in my life! People with families and couples please avoid this place It's Not Worth It and Very Expensive!!!
Love this place. Nice atmosphere with delicious cake. I hope next time I could try more.

Wonderful cafe within walking distance of both Köln Dom and Hauptbahnhof. Great selection of cakes and desserts with a good lunch menu as well.
