Very tasty! Only the coffee not so good, but delicious croissant and more, and more...
Again and again you are served friendly here. I don't have to say anything about Merzenich. Everyone in Cologne knows it and there are tourists who always take something home with them.
The baked goods are okay, but unfortunately the staff doesn't pay attention to hygiene at all.

It was a very rude staff disaster, dirty business. You didn't feel good here.
I bought 4 rolls and a pretzel there. The rolls had obviously not opened properly and were visibly too small (and also very solid) and these and the pretzels were so dry and hard as if they were from the previous day.
