Branch with a slightly reduced range. Friendly and helpful staff. The quality of the products is absolutely fine. There is still a little room for improvement in terms of price-performance ratio. All in all recommendable.

After I went to two shops where I wasn't let on the toilet, I went to the Merzenich bakery. They demanded that I take the place of the line (where there were probably 5-7 people in front of me) and buy something; before I can go to the toilet, it was very urgent, I also suffer from constant cystitis and after being turned away so often, I got louder and asked myself what's wrong with the people here. I can't be forced to buy something to use the toilet. The saleswoman immediately became snotty and shouted through the shop "go home", instead of showing understanding, you step on arrogant salespeople in this shop. I would have been willing to pay a small fee for the use of the toilet, but that's not a kind and, by the way, also assault.

When we arrive at the Saturn Hansering we always eat a sandwich with something to drink. Now that I was only there around 5 pm, all the sandwiches were finished. Therefore I have taken something that looks like an oliebol. According to the lady behind the counter, this is very enjoyable. Indeed it turns out to be so pleasing that you take at least 3 of them for the same amount of calories. With the hot drink you have a choice of small, normal and large. I ordered a latte Macchiato that tasted great here too.
