Underground advice. Zero service. When it comes to selling useless insurance, the lady of the DEVK is always there - if you want to quit, she'd rather drink coffee and you have to do it in writing. Any inability is then blamed on Corona - miserable. The DKB is better - the Targo many times cheaper - the giro costs nothing if you receive money of 600 Eur / month.

The telephone service and accessibility can be rated with a maximum of one star. Even that is too much. I have been trying to reach the branch for a week.
