I've been with this bank for a very long time and can say that it has (especially in the last few years) drastically for the worse (paying by "money chip" has been discontinued; now account management fees; apparently no more customer consultations, because you just get no more (timely) appointments; no more financial transactions "from person to person" at the counter, but only by machine (e.g. simple money changing then also appears on the account) and now probably shorter opening times, which are already much too short opening times anyway etc. etc. etc.). The former friendliness, even warmth of the counter staff, has also given way to an undisguised unfriendliness or an almost customer hostility. Bank, it's a different way! Unfortunately, there is no alternative for me to change banks, because other banks are unfortunately the same or worse! :-( :-( :-(

CAUTION ACCOUNT FEES. This bank is impossible. Despite my (indeed) irregular fee payments (which average more than 1500 EUR per month), I was charged with account management fees. After my complaint is from January 2019 my account as before, as a free account, but actually gamble in December again from fees. I will change the bank now. This is bordered by fraud ..... never again Spada-Bank.
