Thank goodness I'm not a customer of the bank and neither will I !!! Can only advise everyone to take a loan there. Am a seller of an object and the notary contract was in August. Now is November and I still haven't received any money thanks to DSL. The payment date was October 1st, 2020, almost 5 weeks ago. I have now been able to borrow money privately and am behind schedule with my loan. So hands off DSL if you want to get to a property quickly !! The interest payments that were promised by the DSL Bank are now also not paid. STATEMENT FROM THE BANK CONTACT THE BORROWERS !!!! Madness because the BORROWER was just as affected as I was, since he had given notice of the apartment and had to get out. Just bad.
