Good gym, great people. Even as not so fitter you will quickly be included in the group. Nobody looks stupid and nobody says stupid things. You get help from the participants. The coaches correct again and again and pay attention to a correct execution. The Mtgleidschaft is not cheap, but you get a lot for it. I do not regret a cent that I leave here.

Not cheap, but worth every euro! If you like friendly family trainers, like a relaxed atmosphere and like Crossfit and Functional Fitness, then this is the place for you. Also for the early bird is something in the form of an early bird training 6-7 clock. Very pleasant group size that is big enough to motivate each other but not too big that it is annoyingly exhausting. The owner is unique! My girlfriend and I feel very comfortable there 💪💪💪. For those who do not like subscriptions, there is also the 10th card 💪.
