We recently bought a pair of children's shoes for fall. After properly waterproofing both, one of the two shoes had whitish stains and looked dry - the other was flawless! I went to the shop to complain about this. They rejected me very coolly and informed me that this was a mistake by the impregnation company and that I had to contact them directly! On my emphatic advice that this is illogical as only one shoe is affected! The branch manager then sent in the shoes, which were gone for 2 weeks! After this time we received insignificant and incomprehensible standard letters with the same, incomprehensible information as in the store! With the note that the shoes are to be picked up by us in the shop after another 10 days! We then complained by phone directly to the head office, again without result! We got cheeky and succinct answers, etc. We are so disappointed that we will never enter the shoe company "Shoe 4 you" again and buy something there (as a former "good customer")! It was now important for us to make this very negative experience public and share ...

Unfortunately, my size was no longer available for several shoes. 38-39 just seem to be coveted sizes.
