Very bad commitments to bring the orders to customers ... I have ordered Pandage for my right arm since 5 days and the Lady in the shop told me that it needs 3-4 days and they will call me back to go and collect the Pandage , I have visited the shop on the 4th day and the laday these told me need another day .. and on the next day I have called the Shop and spoke with Lady and she told me to call back after 10 minutes ... and for tow hours I am calling and nobody answering the phone .. knowing that I need this Arm Pandage becuase I have an operation for my shoulder and it should be neccessary to be ready before the operation . I am very disappointed and dont know what to do now .. as my operation will be after three days .. I dont reccomend this Shop .

Very friendly and very good advice. Meets our full expectations. Absolutely recommendable. Since my wife has a walking disability, the Fauth company gave us good advice for an electric vehicle. The part arrived here today. An absolutely super new one Modern electric vehicle. I can only recommend the company. I am very satisfied with the Fauth company. The application was filled out there together with the employee on site. It was approved by the health insurance company and promptly delivered. The operation of the device was explained in detail on site. So very good friendly staff. Absolutely to be recommended.

Bad service. Wanted to test 2 lumbamed (disc / avtive), as my orthopedist recommended. Since the employee was not allowed to decide whether to order, wanted to inform the boss then call me. Unfortunately never received a call. I will not become a customer of this medical supply store
