Very friendly and courteous doctor - I am absolutely positively surprised. I had the recommendation of my chiropractor to make an appointment with H. Bermes. The examination was quick and uncomplicated and H. Bermes explained everything to me perfectly. In addition, there was even the recommendation from him that I first contact my family doctor if possible and get a prescription - so the health insurance pays part of the shoe insoles. Brilliant, he "shouldn't" have recommended it to me; in principle he has nothing of it. It's nice that there are still such doctors.

Mr. Bermes knows his field of expertise inside out and is indeed a master in his field, the name says it all. Here, on the basis of broad expertise, the best work is done, both in diagnostics and in implementation. Dates you get quickly and easily and the staff is always super friendly. I can recommend the business in all points!

This shop was recommended to me by my doctor, the aim was to get insoles for my running shoes. On my first visit I was served by the boss, everything was measured and the treatment was super friendly. On all further visits I never saw the boss and was always served by someone else. When I was able to pick up my insoles, they were neither adjusted nor somehow checked whether everything was ok. This time it was not the boss himself, but an employee who served me. Got the deposits and was good. Ok, I thought, they'll already know what they're doing. After trying the insoles, I noticed they were pressing. So back to business. There I was told that they can't test anything without the sneakers I use them in. So the next time I visit, I'll have my sneakers with me - again a different employee than last time - and I was told that I didn't have to bring the sneakers with me (huh?). Without looking at my feet or sneakers, something was simply sanded off somewhere on the insoles. Completely arbitrary, since nothing really was checked on my foot, and no overview was given of what actually does not fit. So far so good, tried the insoles again at home, problems again. Again in the store. When I talked about my problem, the employee was visibly annoyed (again a different one from the last time!) And first of all put away shoes in the back room until she came to me. I was practically run over, why I was back already, and she only said that there was nothing more to be done with the insoles, they had already been completely worn down (hm, why?). Simply unbelievable and I have never been able to use the insoles. Then I went to another orthopedic store in Trier, where I was given great advice and service, including a treadmill analysis, and where I got the right insoles. I then had to pay for this myself because my 'free shot' was lost at Bermes, but it doesn't help. Good customer service definitely looks different.
