Good shop.

Seldom experienced such a friendly service in a shoe store. I was passing through looking for laces, showed my shoes and the saleswoman (S. Christ) immediately knew the required thickness and length. She asked me to take off my shoes and threaded the laces in no time. To avoid the line at the register, she took my bill and returned the change. And all for a three euro item. Perfect!

I have been shopping at Kempe shoes for 20 years now and have always received very good advice and the shop assistants were also very nice and friendly. But what I had experienced last week did not work at all. I had bought shoes for my grandson and they were also discounted. At the cash register I was asked by the cashier if I would like the shoebox, I said yes because I wasn't sure whether the shoes would fit. The cashier replied, very rude, that I couldn't exchange the shoes. To this I replied, sure you could, then the cashier replied very rudely that there was no law that you could exchange shoes.

Super competent and nice sales women. Great selection and quality!

Unfriendly until this is no longer possible this branch prefers to go to Trier Galerie zum Kempe there you are at least treated friendly
