Not very friendly, I looked extra on the Internet where I get the sheet, then there stood Cologne Mühlheim, me there and then it was said no, we did not there. I said on the Internet that the sheet metal was in stock here, it was said yes internet and reality are two things. So 120 km for free, without me, never again.
