Very unprofessional reaction after a jacket that was apparently dry cleaned shrank to an unusable size. I would never trust this place again. Cant recommend it for dry cleaning

Have had clothes repaired and washed here a few times, it was always good. I was not so satisfied with more extensive work.

I had my Dirndl for about 26 € (!) In the cleaning and it was then obviously discolored (bluish instead of cream). When I brought the dress back and showed photos of what the dress looked like before, only a cheeky response came from the lady that she would have washed it along with the other parts (blouse and apron) that are not discolored, did not do anything wrong and she absolutely had no idea what I'm talking about. Then she asked why I would give it to the cleaners, if I could do it better. After I asked the lady kindly for a solution I got back in response only that she had fulfilled her performance and I would get back neither money for cleaning, nor money for the obviously nasty dress. In addition to the discoloration, the dress had many more spots. After repeated emphasis the lady took the dress back again and we agreed that she washes it again. When I picked up the dress, the stains were out, but the dress still discolored, but the lady did not care. She did not talk and insisted she had done nothing wrong and did not ask me for any compensation or alternative solution. An absolute impudence!
