The problems from two years ago seem to be solved. I regularly have the best experiences here. However, it is comparatively expensive.

Bit oldschool but always relaxed and friendly. Pretty Kölsch somehow :) The nicest cleaning I know in Cologne. The cleaning quality was always alright.

Very unfriendly, sometimes outrageous! !! Service desert !! Absolutely out of the question. Didn't have the note anymore - had been a customer for years - even a passport wasn't enough although I could describe every item of clothing exactly! 😂😂😂

Got a white shirt back slightly gray and lost all collar stiffeners.
