Trier Hbf

First of all i bought a tickes from a counter lady and she doesen t explain clearly that my train will be split in 2 and the first carrige goes in my way and the last carrige goes in..luxemburg. i lost the train ... I go.back she was unpolite( it s comun in Germany, may be this is the way of life..i don t know) afther all my train left 2 min earlyer( i didn t see something like this in my life). So my advice : avoid DB public train system and you will be happy. And avoid to ask something at the info desk....it s just Germany...people are happy and polite only when take some money from.you....

Train was good but the woman in the information is so rude were asking help about getting the ticket but she declined us. She’s sittin on the chair and busy with her phone. We love the city of Trier very much but only the staff unprofessional!!

May not be well build but won't be too difficult to find train or platform. But some improvement is advisable.
