As always, excellent work and professional staff! Special mention should be made to Mr. Förtsch who carried out our project from start to finish! We have had a small second home renovated from scratch, as it was absolutely outdated and worn out from the state of the art, etc. We have now planned the sanitary facilities such as the heating system / thermal bath and bath, completely relocated the piping, etc. from very good previous experience with the Nicolin company and are once again absolutely satisfied with the outstanding work. The pre-planning and all wishes were implemented perfectly and it was a pleasure that there was an uncomplicated and good coordination with the other trades, which made it possible for everyone to work in a small space (35m2 apartment) without any problems. The schedule was adhered to at all times (punctuality and appointments are not a foreign word here) and mostly, however, the experts could spontaneously prefer an assembly or push it in between if the procedure required it. We will be happy to come back to the excellent services and employees of Nicolin in the future when a new project is pending and can only give a top recommendation with 5 stars! Expertise is very important to this team. A reliable team has done a great job with us clean, clean and with great expertise. Even the 1000 questions my husband could answer the mechanics and explain settings. We were well briefed in the new facility so we could understand it immediately. A company that does not want to resell everything immediately, but in profitable cases always puts the preservation of the plant in the foreground. At the weekend my heating system had failed. As everyone knows, Saturday night was 20 o'clock nothing more. My husband and I phoned Nicolin's emergency service, and an hour later, everything was fine. The team in the whole is technically very competent, above all Mr. Hembach was incredibly accommodating. A few spare parts could not be worried on Saturdays. On Mondays we were helped immediately. Conclusion: Great team! Nice personel! Professional Competent! Always happy!
