The so called “manager” is the worst I have ever had spoken to in my life. She didn’t take me serious when I said my German language was insufficient to talk about it thru phone connection, her efforts of talking English were lousy. She didn’t even care. No sentences formed. She talked to me as a high schooler. She was very rude. - The phone was picked up after several calls. These weren’t even answered at first. - When called the first time, I talked to an employee. According to her the manager wasn’t there at the moment, she promised me to call back whenever she was there. A few days passed, as you can guess; she didn’t call me back. This happened over two times. - A week ago I called and I explained the story. She didn’t even tell me she had looked at it. She said she would call me back within two days. I expected her to call me back within one day, which she should do to give a her a more serious image, which was ruined by her clearly unprofessional attitude towards customers. No, she didn’t call me back after two days. I called her back after a week. A week passed and the customer had to take responsibility for her actions. - The week passed ended up being yesterday. The only thing she said was she would call me back within an hour. She didn’t.

Very neat and put together store. Went in and found what I was looking for within 2 minutes. Staff readily accessible to help

Like the outlet structure. Always a good selection and very friendly staff who are there to help without invading your personal space.

Everything Tamaris has to offer. Shoes, bags, purses, watches. Clearly structured, but unfortunately relatively tight. A bit problematic, especially at the moment. Nevertheless a visit is worthwhile, you just have to be considerate. The staff is very nice and accommodating.
