Comparing to Görtz 17, Gärtz is the best. The employees are very nice and let you do your thing without judging you ( in 17 they look a lot, I had very old shoes and felt like a criminal at Gört 17).
So summing up, go to Görtz, not Görtz 17. Görtz is bigger and better

Thank you for your answer to my review.
After contacting the customer service on the website for a shoe restoration, they forwarded answered me forwarding me to contact the branch directly and the branch did not answer my email.
Would you mind please clarify your answer which other contact form or email address should I use to write to them? Thank you so much. :)

Poor customer service, very busy and appeared to be only 4 people on shop floor. Took ages to find if they had a pair of shoes in a different size. Difficult to work out who was staff, as many didn't have identification or a uniform on
