Very friendly advice! We have been buying the shoe polish for a long time (black and neutral) and have always been satisfied. The impregnation also convinced us. Because of this contentment, my husband has bought some Steinhauer shoes and is very satisfied with these shoes. Here, quality AND advice is still very important! We will come back.

No star actually. You can also offer the best goods (but here is hardly the case: with some brands, one wonders if it is "copies" or knock-offs with "Italo-name", which one does not know in Italy .. Massive Mass Products for Internet Portals), but that does not release a trader from proper behavior. Absolutely unreliable: online purchased product, shoe trees, does not match the description. The product does not differ from other conventional versions, with plastic screw. And goes, accordingly, broken. The description shows exactly both components, runners and screw, as metal. The screws are made of plastic. Complacently made aware, Mr. Visco denies the fact of the misleading description, with tones and attitudes touching the insolence. No goodwill, not even at (in Internet purchase usual) take back at his expense. Nice to have tried it: never again.
