I was there today to ask for a trial session. At the reception stood an elderly woman with dark, short hair, who did not exactly deny me that kindly. Supposedly you would have to make an appointment. But I should probably join a course, which I did not really feel like. Also my question if I could only use the sauna, was expressly answered with no. The best part was when she said she could not explain the different packages to me and that I had to make an appointment myself. After I took a look at the flyer, I asked her why she had given me wrong information regarding the single use of the sauna area and could not even say something to the packages, even though they were listed in the flyer. Of course, I did not get an answer to that. I waited a short while until a young gentleman at the reception had asked her for a rehearsal training as well - then she picks up the phone, calls the trainer and he was able to go to his rehearsal training. What I had asked for a short time before. On the course, I then had less desire than before and explained to her that I have never felt so little welcome somewhere and I was very happy to have a contract there. But I never want to meet this person again.
