Today I did a rehearsal training with my children and I am absolutely thrilled. They have already attended self-defense courses but the children found it too boring and too quiet. And Bujin Gym is completely different. They could really let off steam and do real exercises right away. It's super child-friendly, but man makes sure that they are also disciplined. I was looking for that and found it there. And children immediately beg after training whether the next day can come again.

I was there 30 years ago at the seminar with the Dutch trained. Was the best in Germany from the best Muay-Thai. I'm glad that Detlef still has the magazine in his hand. Greetings Guido Kremer
