First EMS training, just great, many thanks to the team. There was a lot of fun. We continue. Complete workout in a short time. Great.
Casual 20min and 2 days later everything hurts. Where you should have muscles everywhere. The day after tomorrow, torture 2 is the order of the day
The third training session was today and it was still a lot of fun.
After four trial sessions, I have decided to go here regularly. The trainers are very nice and very competent. I just tried the training for fun, but I've made incredible progress (herniated disc that radiated into the leg and not since I'm training anymore).
For back patients definitely recommended :)
Unfortunately it is not possible for me to submit a rating. I bought 2 vouchers from Groupon, for myself and a friend. Unfortunately I could never redeem it, because nobody could be reached by phone and the attempted email contact was not answered either. According to the info, an appointment is essential. Pity!
