Very friendly trainers who always have expert advice on any questions. I feel very well there now for over 8 years. The conversion from Kieser to Prosano has only brought benefits in my opinion. The efficient training of strength, endurance and flexibility + good care!

Staff is friendly and mostly competent.
The ambiance is a bit bleak.
But what does not fit at all is the price of 85 € / month, which is payable in advance for the whole year.
The question arises if Prosano should go bankrupt .....
At this price, the number of members has already reduced.
Of course you can not compare Prosano with MC-Fit. But since you have freed yourself from the franchising with Kieser training, only disadvantages have emerged.
The price has literally exploded and the choice of studios is also very limited.
The cardio area does not justify such a Peiserhöhung.
There are much better deals in the area Mönchengladbach where the price-performance ratio is right.
