Very friendly. Everything is explained precisely and clearly and the training is really fun.
Super nice team of trainers. At first they are nice, but as soon as you are connected to the electricity it gets violent. "Training"
It is a lot of fun to train there because you have a trainer opposite who really heats you up and motivates you. Good music, delicious coffee and a personal atmosphere.
I have given notice in writing, my contributions will continue to be happily debited despite repeated complaints. Very annoying!
"Just 20 minutes a week is enough!" Yes, it is clear - until I tried it myself, because my curiosity as a regular gym visitor was too great. Since then almost no neck pain and I feel super fit. The perfect complement in combination with endurance training. Miro has a TOP team, everyone in their own way gets everything out of you in 20 minutes. I like the change from the trainers very much, atmosphere for top, parking could be more, but very delicious coffee ;-) Absolutely recommended!
