I was hesitant about EMS training at first, but I am really happy that I tried it. After almost 1 month I feel significantly stronger and my body has visibly changed. The trainers, who are very knowledgeable and explain the training in detail, are really professionals. Plus, their pricing outperforms the competition. As a programmer, my job doesn't really allow me to go to a traditional gym all the time, so this really is an effective alternative. 5 Stars!!!

A great EMS studio. When you enter the beautifully furnished studio, you will be welcomed with love. You can tell immediately that the owners are passionate about it. The briefing went smoothly and quickly, so that the training could start quickly. Everyone should try the training. The whole body was trained in a short time! Exately what I was looking for!

I have been training with Sibel and Baris for over 2 years now and I am still thrilled. The 20 minutes challenge and promote my body and the result is very recognizable. I do not want to miss it anymore. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, each training session is tailored to the physical condition. The dates are always kept and there are always alternative dates due to holidays or vacations.

Super friendly, clean & above all you really have fun doing sports there. You don't have to be ashamed of anything and you can address everything.
