I have been doing Conny Yoga for years and I am always enthusiastic about your way of training. She always responds to me, always has new ideas and it's funny too - despite the sore muscles.

I've known Conny for many years and trained with her as a spinning and step trainer when she was there! At that time she was already known for her professional and creative work! Only one thing has changed until today, it has become even better! The courses are conducted in the sense of reality of yoga! It is made clear which areas of the body are addressed and how! Conny is very flexible with each of your students! You feel cared for, respected and people laugh too! So far I have come home completely balanced after every unit and woke up the next day with sore muscles ... And that without feeling overwhelmed! For me the best yoga studio MG's! ♥ ️ Namaste 🙏
