NOT POLITE! Would be brought to the cleaning and came back busy! FRIENDLINESS is a FOREIGN WORD! It was quite normal to ask for a solution on the phone, the nice gentleman has blamed himself, it was always a word broke (manners are apparently unknown) and finally simply hung up!
