Unfortunately, very poorly informed!
I have asked in advance by phone if there are bigaia drops for my baby in stock, these are against 3 months of colic and freely available. Of course, I also reinsured myself with my midwife and the pediatrician.
When I finally wanted to pick up the drops, another co-worker refused to hand them over, as she did not know if these infants were suitable.
Unfortunately, the lady did not even consider to inform or ask a colleague ...
