Perhaps the service could still be rated with 3 stars overall, but the fact that free FFP2 masks are not even given to regular customers is absolutely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I can't remember the statement one hundred percent, but the following remained in my mind: I wanted to redeem a prescription and for a thyroid medication. As is so often the case, I simply asked whether you could also get a prescription without additional payment (for medication (I have a ticked Idem, so no exchange possible) Impossible saying came up (which I unfortunately don't remember today). I was quite confused because I couldn't understand in any way why such behavior / reaction came to my question. This is not customer advice and clarification. Conclusion for me, I will certainly never go there again!

I think the team is very rude and not really helpful. If you ask for a large pack of a remedy, you only get the small, more expensive pack (in proportion) with the saying "that should do it, otherwise you'll just come back". This has nothing to do with a consultation and just does not work! Only the location is the positive at this pharmacy.

So I find it unfriendly to the customer to say no at 8 euros and you cannot pay with a card at 15 euros for the contract. Other pharmacies let you pay 5 euros with cards. But if the pharmacy doesn't want to, I just go to other people
